Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team.

Requirements:

• Must possess a current California Insurance License (required).
• Previous insurance sales experience is preferred, but not necessary
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales.
• Quote, sell, and cross-sell insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.
