We are currently looking for a Morning Shift (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM; Saturday 10 AM–3 PM; Sunday 10 AM–6 PM). Open Positions SLS Instructor 1 (Full‑time) SLS Instructor 2 (Part‑time) SLS Instructor On‑Call (As‑needed) SLS Instructor 1 Ideal for individuals looking for full‑time hours (30 hrs or more). Pay: $20.00 per hour. Provide one‑on‑one care to adults with disabilities, including assistance with cooking, cleaning, medication administration, transportation to appointments, and community activities. Additional responsibilities may include leadership presence, training new staff, money management, and helping clients reach their goals. SLS Instructor 2 Ideal for individuals looking for part‑time hours (29 hrs or less). Pay: $20.00 per hour. Provide one‑on‑one care to adults with disabilities, similar tasks as Instructor 1 but with less leadership duties. SLS Instructor On‑Call Ideal for individuals who only want to provide care on an as‑needed basis. Duties identical to Instructor 2, but with no permanent schedule. Requirements Willingness to learn; no college degree required, but must be teachable. Valid car insurance, registration, DMV driving record, and driver’s license. Live Scan background check. Valid CPR/First‑Aid certification. Social Security card. Negative TB test. Eligibility to work in the U.S. Day in the Life Assistance with personal hygiene Meal planning and shopping Cooking and cleaning Laundry Medication administration assistance Community event attendance Assistance with going to school or work Transportation to appointments Schedule & Shift Types Schedules are built based on the client’s needs and may include 24/7 support or 5 hours/day. Staff is paid for every hour worked, including hours spent sleeping. Morning shift Afternoon shift On‑call Weekend availability Compensation Pay: $20.00 per hour.
