Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to aid residents in reaching their fullest potential for independence. This position is based on-site and involves providing expert therapy services, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), tracking progress, and working in close partnership with Occupational Therapists, nursing staff, and a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver skilled therapy treatments to residents.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Document and monitor residents' progress effectively.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and nursing staff.
- Engage with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Compassionate approach to resident care.
This role is performed on-site, allowing for direct interaction with residents and the healthcare team.
