We are looking for team members who are ready to be empowered to go above and beyond.The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and restocking the mini bars in guest rooms. This role supports the team by ensuring that all mini bars are fully stocked and clean, contributing to the overall guest experience and hotel operations.Operational ResponsibilitiesRestock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms.Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bars, fridges and storage areas.Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.Guest ServicesProvide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests.Team Support and TrainingAssist in training new mini bar attendants as needed.Support team performance by collaborating with colleagues.Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to ensure the rooms are readyEnsure compliance with Valencia Hotel policies and industry standards.Communication and ReportingCommunicate effectively with the housekeeping manager and other departments.Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately.Safety & ComplianceFollow all hotel policies and procedures.Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.Essential Skills and QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilitiesPrevious experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferredCertification for TABC & Texas Food HandlersPhysical RequirementsSitting: OccasionalStanding/Walking: Frequent, including walking long distancesLifting/Carrying: Up to 50 lbs, such as mini bar items and suppliesOther Physical Requirements: Handling, grasping, and crouching as neededWorking EnvironmentInterior: Guest rooms and storage areasBasicsMaintain cleanliness and organization in all work areasDisplay courteous behavior with guests and team membersReport any unsafe conditions immediatelyEnsure mini bar equipment is in proper working conditionPerform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisorCandidate ProfileEducation and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus Valencia Hotel Group
