Title: Business Analyst (Capital Markets Domain Knowledge) Location: Jersey City NJ / Tampa FL Hiring mode: Full time Job Description Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Strong working experience on Capital Markets Domain, Trade Life Cycle, Settlements functions, Inventory Management In-depth knowledge of Investment Banking Services, Brokerage for Institutions / retail customers Good understanding of Settlement and Clearing functions. Excellent working experience and deep understanding in equity and fixed income products. Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and front facing customer management. Good-to-Have Proficient in developing overall Implementation strategies, effort estimation, capacity planning.
