ID: 77868863 Shift: 07:00-17:30 Description: - IR RN (743) - Wesley Medical Center - 7A - 5:30P Unit Information: Vascular Radiology/ (743) Location: Wesley Medical Center Address: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 Floor: 1 st floor Building: Main Entrance General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -5 Bay holding room; 3 room IR suite; 3 room CT suite Number of Staff 5 nurses 5 RT s Type of staff: Day Shift Outpatient procedures during hours of 700-530, call requirement through night. Night Shift Call required Patient Ratios 1:1 during procedures; 3-4 patient ration in holding room dependent upon acuity Type of equipment Maclab documentation and paper charting EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care IR RN hospital experience BLS & ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experience Traveling to large Trauma facilities List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Kyphoplasty, y-90, peripheral interventions, stroke and trauma cases, diagnostic cerebral cases, drain placements and biopsies Thrombolysis cases and neuro coiling cases. Best personality Fit: Flexible with change, able to work in different radiology modality throughout day. Positive outlook.
