ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another State Farm agency, giving me firsthand experience in the business. I'm a graduate of the University of North Florida, have three children and two grandchildren, and enjoy spending time with my pets and horses.

Being part of our community is important to us. Our agency participates in local traditions like the BBQ Festival, Squealing on the Square, the Reindeer Run, and the annual Christmas parade.

As an Insurance Account Representative for Angela Marlett Insurance Agency Inc you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. We are an established 25 year + agency which has given world class service with a small town appeal.  We want you to grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. We improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
