Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Gwinnett County, GA/Palm Beach County, FL

Pay: $70.00 per hour

Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week Monday through Friday (Occasional weekends based on client needs)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities through home-based, in-person, and telehealth services. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that promote client success.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

• Provide direct ABA therapy using evidence-based behavioral interventions.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Provide parent and caregiver training to support treatment goals outside of therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Stay current on best practices, research, and ethical standards within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization's ongoing needs.

• Travel between client locations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data-driven decision making.

• Understanding of special education laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
