Your Contribution

• Conduct routine and advanced tests across various areas, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all actions meticulously, assist in training new personnel or students, and uphold high-quality standards in the lab.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout employment.
