About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership, responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the organization's long-term objectives. This role involves providing in-depth financial analysis, challenging assumptions, and identifying risks and opportunities to enhance operating and financial results. The VP of Finance will also lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, oversee accounting, controls, and compliance, and manage treasury, tax, and risk management activities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree and professional certification preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance or accounting experience, including significant leadership responsibility, is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in a multi-company or multi-location manufacturing environment. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial management, operational finance, and capital investment analysis. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and develop finance talent, is also highly valued. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in financial software and a strong ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
