Mgr Area MH Sales

Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote manufactured housing products within your assigned region * Engage with prospective customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions * Build strong relationships with retailers, community managers, and other industry partners to expand market reach * Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase the features and benefits of manufactured homes * Identify new sales opportunities by researching regional market trends and customer feedback * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up * Collaborate with regional teams to meet sales targets, share market insights, and support regional marketing initiatives Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the housing or construction industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and partners * Ability to travel frequently within your designated region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals * Knowledge of manufactured housing products, industry regulations, or related fields * Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Join us as a Regional Manufactured Housing Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing quality homes that transform communities!
