Cut-Out Fabricator

Gemini is currently seeking a Cut-Out Fabricator to join our team in Decorah, IA. Come be a part of a positive, people-first culture that is focused on leveraging each team members' strengths to help bring our customers' unique signage products to life.

Wage Range: $17.42 - $22.84 per hour

Location: Decorah, IA

Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.

• Overtime is scheduled as needed.

A day in the life of a Cut-Out Fabricator:

• Determines the cutting paths and sequence of operations using appropriate software, maximizing material usage through placement of artwork on the raw material sheets.
• Programs lasers, water jets, and mills with the correct cutting parameters.
• Sets up the laser, water jets, and mills with correct material.
• Lays out location of mounting studs and drills and taps product as needed.
• Performs inspection of letters before shipment to insure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Maintains a complete and orderly file of all artwork used.
