Payroll Specialist (Part-Time)

3Q Investments, located in Lancaster, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team! This is a new part-time position. 3Q Investments is the parent company of four rapidly growing manufacturing subsidiaries. Responsibilities Process and record biweekly payroll with a high level of accuracy Respond and resolve employee payroll and benefits issues Assist with processing new hires Help streamline processes and procedures Work on special projects with the team Provide back-up for AR/AP data entry as needed Requirements Previous payroll experience required QuickBooks experience recommended Inova/UKG Ready experience helpful Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Maintain strict confidentiality Summary This is a part-time position up to 30 hours a week.
