Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and caseload management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and growth
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and required paperwork in compliance with district and legal guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed
• Provide education and consultative support to faculty and caregivers regarding speech and language needs
