What You’ll Do You’ll play an important role in the success of our community, combining sales, customer service, organization, and resident relations to deliver an outstanding living experience. Drive Leasing Success: Welcome prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, follow up on leads, overcome objections, and close leases. Create Exceptional First Impressions: Respond to phone calls and inquiries with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude. Build Strong Resident Relationships: Foster positive relationships with residents and help create a welcoming, well-managed community. Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Handle lease preparation, administrative tasks, computer systems, and lead management. Support Financial Performance: Assist with rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances as needed. Coordinate Service Requests: Help ensure resident concerns and maintenance requests are communicated and addressed promptly. Bring the Community to Life: Help plan and execute resident events that build engagement and a true sense of community. Be a Team Player: Work closely with management to maintain an attractive, organized, and smoothly operating apartment community. What You Bring to the Team Required: A minimum of 2 years of Residential leasing experience. Strong leasing, sales, marketing, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and experience managing leads and administrative responsibilities. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to resolve issues professionally. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to deliver an exceptional resident experience. The ideal candidate is personable, polished, dependable, and confident in their ability to build relationships, generate leasing opportunities, and contribute to the success of an apartment community.
