Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager promotes all products and services, manages team workflow, and serves as the manager on duty in the absence of the store manager. Key Responsibilities Greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, and document service needs. Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories, and communicate quotes and updates. Ensure proper documentation, follow procedures for cashing out, and explain warranties. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and track warranty parts and returns. Assist in managing team operations and promote sales growth. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive field preferred. Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, valid driver’s license, and ability to work at least five days including Saturdays. Compensation & Benefits Salary range of $50,000-$80,000 annually, combining hourly pay and commissions.
