Sr. Analyst - Data, Systems and Compliance - BorgWarner

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards to monitor system performance and compliance metrics. Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data governance policies and ensure data quality across the organization. Lead investigations into compliance issues, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions. Support regulatory audits by providing accurate data extracts and documentation. Requirements 5+ years of experience in data analysis, system management, or compliance roles. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO). Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
