Job Summary
MRI Technologist, Lewis Gale Medical Center This position involves providing specialized MRI imaging services within a busy medical facility. The role requires performing all MRI exams with a focus on delivering high-quality imaging to support patient care and diagnosis.

Job Details

• Position Description: 2 nights of a call
• Certifications and Education Requirements: ARRT Certified, BLS certification required, minimum of 1 year of experience in MRI imaging.
• Location Requirements: Must be able to work nights.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT Certification, BLS Certification, 1 year of MRI technologist experience.
• Additional Information: Procedures performed include all MRI exams; a compassionate approach to patient care is essential. The unit utilizes GE Imaging equipment with Meditech and GE PACS documentation systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced MRI skills, experience with GE equipment, and familiarity with trauma, NICU, and stroke protocols are advantageous.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must attach their ARRT and BLS certifications when applying.
