We are seeking personable and polished Servers to join our award-winning hospitality team at a high-end hotel in Santa Cruz. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating elevated, memorable dining experiences for discerning guests.
Job Summary
As a Server, you'll be the face of our dining experience-providing attentive, warm, and efficient service to guests enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. We're looking for individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality and a flair for creating positive guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a courteous, professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu offerings and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Prior server experience preferred, ideally in upscale or resort dining.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a current Food Handler's Card (or be willing to obtain one).
