Soccer Shots DFW South is a youth soccer organization for children 2 8 years old that works in childcare centers, preschools, and public spaces, and were looking for coaches.
Weve got the curriculum, the equipment, and the apparel you bring your enthusiasm, responsibility, and love for children and soccer! As a Soccer Shots soccer coach, you will be the face of our organization. You will be out in the community running our 30 45 minute soccer sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces, and will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for each and every child.
Its fun for sure, but its also a lot of work, and we have high expectations. But, if youre up for the challenge, have experience working with children, and want to be a part of an organization thats making a difference every day fill out an application!
Other details:
- Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
- Must have your own car, and its reliable
- Ability to work with little supervision (once you get your schedule, youll be expected to show up, on time, at every location each week)
- Youll commit to a minimum of one year this is very important given the age of children we work with
- As a full time coach you will coach a minimum of 30-35 sessions PER WEEK when in season
- Seasons happen 40+ weeks out of the year.
- When not coaching you will be expected to take initiative with administrative tasks to continue to scale and grow the business
- Coaching Saturday mornings will be required for this role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.
We train the best coaches in the business
We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques.
Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training.
Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children.

We use expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards

Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches.
We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.
