Job Title: Server Reports To: FOH Manager Roberta’s is looking for servers to join our team! Roberta’s which opened in 2008 helped pave the way for the boroughs’ food scene, the pizza game, offering Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas, artfully crafted cocktails and a diverse natural wine program and quickly became a mecca for pizza and culture. Roberta’s is actively expanding and is looking for talented people to join the family. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality. They must be energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a determination to provide guests with a memorable experience. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, while working alongside other passionate hospitality professionals. Positive vibes only! Qualifications Commitment to hospitality Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute them with efficiency and grace while multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service Anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships. Guest recognition is critical to success. Create a warm, fun and exciting environment for bar guests to enjoy. Stay up to date on all beverage and food menu changes Demonstrate working knowledge of our natural wine program set forth by Wine Director Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork 2+ years of high volume serving experience Candidates must have a flexible schedule.
