What You'll Lead
- Full restaurant operations
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Food safety and operational standards
- Inventory, labor, and financial performance
- Guest experience and culture development
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant GM experience
- Experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
- ServeSafe certification required
- Ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced environment
