A growing, financially stable organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, strengthen processes, and bring ownership to the general ledger. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accounting leader who wants to do more than maintain the status quo—you’ll help build the financial infrastructure that supports future growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead AP/AR and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with finance leadership on reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Support audits, compliance, and month-end close activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger and financial reporting expertise.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Public accounting or CPA firm experience strongly preferred.
• A calm, collaborative leadership style with a passion for improving processes and developing people.
