HVAC Technician II

Ready to work on advanced commercial and industrial HVAC systems? Join a safety-focused team where you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical HVACR equipment while growing your skills through ongoing training and development.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems including AHUs, ACUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDC controls, chillers, and boilers.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and optimize equipment performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, refrigerant recovery, charging, and system testing.
• Document work performed and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Experience with BMS, chillers, boilers, PLCs, or CMMS systems is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corinth, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
