Fresenius Medical Care - 1300 Southwest 7th Street - Responsibilities: Provide patient care under the supervision of the RN in the acute setting; Set up and prime equipment for renal replacement therapies as directed; Record and monitor vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters; report abnormalities to RN; Evaluate and report vascular access patency and any unusual findings to the RN; Perform pre/post dialysis evaluation and document findings and patient response to treatment
