Description Leland Management is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Janitorial Associate at Heritage Isle Clubhouse, located at 6800 Heritage Boulevard, Melbourne, FL 32940. The position is full-time with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform routine floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets throughout the clubhouse. Remove trash from all designated areas to the dumpster. Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities daily, including floors, countertops, mirrors and other assigned tasks. Clean interior and exterior windows as assigned. Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Unlock and secure clubhouse doors as required. Inspect clubhouse rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and proper appearance. Assist with additional cleaning and facility maintenance tasks as assigned. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Communication Skills Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Capable of following written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication skills with residents, guests, and team members. Interpersonal Skills Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, residents, and visitors. Willingness to help when needed while maintaining a professional demeanor. Attention to Detail Demonstrates a strong commitment to cleanliness and quality standards. Ability to identify and address areas requiring attention. Organizational Skills Ability to manage daily responsibilities efficiently. Capable of following established schedules while adapting to changing priorities and assignments. Requirements Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds without assistance. Must be able to bend, reach, stretch, walk, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
