Respiratory Care Practitioner I

Job Description Performs all aspects of the scope of practice of a respiratory therapist and, where applicable, cardiopulmonary scope of practice. Scope of practice includes, but is not limited to: diagnostic and metabolic testing patient assessment treatment planning and therapeutic interventions analysis and reporting of clinical response collaboration with medical staff and other health care team members to support efficient, cost‑effective, and quality patient and family care providing patient and family education and discharge planning supporting system facility and department growth and quality through participation in performance improvement activities, continuing education, and professional growth and development activities along with other duties as assigned Full‑time day shift position. BLS required; NRP preferred. Kansas Respiratory License required.
