We have two product lines, Element AI CRM and the Bolt Agent Platform, and a team of 120+ people around the globe. We're backed by a $175M investment from PSG to scale our mission. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a designer who cares as much about systems as craft. What You'll Own Brand & Identity Web & Digital Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Events Video & Motion What You'll Bring 5 to 10 years of brand or marketing design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology A portfolio that shows range, craft, and systems thinking Experience building brand systems and templates that scale across channels and teams Experience contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh Ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear visuals Hands-on motion design and short-form video editing skills Experience working with developers or web agencies to ship polished pages. You don't need to code. Experience managing outside creative partners Comfort with AI-assisted design workflows, and good judgment about where AI helps and where it doesn't Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without lowering the bar Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at every level Nice to Have Higher education experience Experience with HubSpot and common CMS platforms Experience with Notion Lottie, Jitter, or Rive for lightweight animation Frame.io or similar video review tools Tools You'll Use Design: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva Motion and video: After Effects and Premiere Pro Presentations: PowerPoint and Google Slides AI: design tools such as Claude, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney How We Measure Success Element451 looks cohesive and premium at every touchpoint Teams across the company create on-brand work on their own, using the systems you build Production moves faster as reusable systems replace one-off design Our AI story is easier to understand through clear visuals and motion Your Portfolio A brand or identity system you built or extended, and the thinking behind it B2B marketing work across web, campaigns, sales materials, and software Complex ideas made clear through diagrams, product visuals, or motion Motion graphics or short-form video Templates or guidelines that helped non-designers create on-brand work How a project moved from brief to delivery, and the results it drove where you can share them Benefits Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with 4% employer match Flexible PTO Home office stipend Element451
