Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute the digital marketing strategy across social, search, and AI-driven channels. They will plan and run campaigns, manage budgets, and turn data into strategic actions; working closely with sales and product teams, marketing agencies and customers to drive brand awareness and qualified leads. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, data‑driven, and able to apply emerging AI tools to scale what works. This role is on‑site in Arlington, TX and reports to the Vice President. Responsibilities Own the digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, social, and search channels Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok to grow engagement and brand awareness Manage sports partnerships with teams and organizations being sponsored Plan and manage SEM/SEO programs. Paid search, on‑page, technical, and content SEO to drive qualified traffic and leads Apply AI marketing tools for content creation, audience targeting, personalization, campaign optimization, and workflow automation; pilot and scale new AI capabilities Build and optimize digital campaigns and landing pages that generate and nurture leads Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (traffic, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion) using GA4 and platform dashboards Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align campaigns with business goals and promote product launches and dealer programs Manage digital marketing budgets and report ROI Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience 4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B, or consumer brands. Experience in Sport Marketing management. Expert‑level proficiency with generative AI platforms (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and a deep, current understanding of the evolving AI landscape Hands‑on SEM/SEO expertise: Google Ads, Google Search Console, and SEO tools Proven social media strategy and management across major platforms Strong analytics skills: GA4, dashboards, and A/B testing Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
