This is a hands-on, physical role where you'll stay active throughout your shift, working on a production line to package and stack products for shipment. If you're looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and a quick start, this is a great opportunity.Job Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PMPay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)$250 SIGN ON BONUS!!$17.50/hrJob duties: Responsible for stacking packaged products onto pallets in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner within a fast-paced production environment.Correctly stacks cases of finished product onto the proper pallets.Work on a conveyor line, keeping up with product flowMaintain a clean and safe work area at all timesFollow all safety guidelines and PPE requirementsPerform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and accuracyAssist with other duties as assigned by supervision.Performs other related duties to contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervision.Requirements:Must be able pass a background check and drug screeningAbility to lift 25–45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours per dayComfortable performing repetitive physical work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work safely around moving equipment and conveyor systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyWork Environment:The employee constantly works near moving mechanical parts and lift trucks.Ambient temp and humidity may be elevated during the summer months.We make working for LACOSTA easy, interview today and start work as early as tomorrow!
