Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Join a integrative non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio (outside of Toledo). Currently 3 Pediatric providers. Support patients with wellness check, immunizations, sick visits, and sport physicals. Outpatient practice; no inpatient service. Average 25 patients p/day. Light call required: 1:3. .Cerner EMR. Requirements: Board Certified: Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine 2 years pediatric experience OH license, or eligible Compensation: Guaranteed base salary to $130K Uncapped productivity incentives to $20k annually Signing bonus to $10k Relocation assistance to $5k (negotiable) Significant loan forgiveness Generous PTO (6 weeks including holidays) CME ($3500 annually) Full benefits: health, dental, vision 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match (year 2) Community: Prime Location!
