This role is ideal for a recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, employee relations, management, or business professional who enjoys evaluating talent, building relationships, and influencing hiring outcomes.

About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients. Success in this position requires strong interviewing skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to identify top talent based on objective qualifications and demonstrated performance.

You will recruit for a variety of professional, administrative, accounting, finance, customer service, legal support, HR, healthcare administration, government, and business operations positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
• Review resumes and employment histories to assess qualifications, career progression, stability, and transferable skills
• Conduct structured interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments
• Identify top candidates based on experience, qualifications, work ethic, professionalism, and likelihood of success
• Present highly qualified candidates who align with client requirements and expectations
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Manage multiple open requisitions and recruiting priorities simultaneously
• Handle employee relations matters including attendance concerns, coaching conversations, performance issues, and assignment follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation within our applicant tracking system
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective talent solutions

Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, management, employee relations, sales, or related experience preferred
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to assess talent and make sound hiring recommendations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
