About the Role:

The Sales position is a critical role focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within the regional market. The successful candidate will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their vehicle needs, help customers understand the features of their vehicle and setup those features to meet customer's needs. This position will also require the sales person to research and learn all competitive vehicles. This role also requires building and maintaining strong relationships to foster a high level of customer loyalty and ensure repeat business. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential customers through networking and outreach activities.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Skills:

The required skills such as communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for engaging clients effectively and building trust. Ability to update CRM software enables the Sales professional to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales data to optimize performance. Preferred skills like knowledge of sales processes enhance the ability to tailor approaches to different customer needs and market conditions. Additionally, teamwork and the ability to effectively communicate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.
