Strategic M&A Integration & Scalability: Lead ERP integrations and scale thoughtfully to support growth. Balance resource planning with automation to handle acquisitions. Responsibilities Lead daily transactional accounting operations: Oversee AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure accurate, timely processing aligned with internal controls and workflows. Manage month‑end close and reporting: Coordinate close activities and maintain performance dashboards tracking KPIs and team capacity. Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption: Identify process bottlenecks, lead automation and AI initiatives, and implement system enhancements to scale operations efficiently. Lead M&A integration efforts: Manage onboarding of acquired entities including ERP setup, data migration, and workflow alignment to ensure seamless operational transitions. Provide hands‑on operational support and escalation management: Act as functional expert capable of stepping into transactional roles as needed and resolving complex issues independently.
