You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.**What you will need:*** Education: Bachelors Degree/Nursing Required ; Masters Degree/Nursing or Healthcare Administration Preferred* Certification: BLS from American Heart Association ; ACLA from American Heart Association* Experience: 3 years/Clinical Nursing Experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.**Benefits (For full time or part time positions):*** Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
