FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lehi, Utah is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on care, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement.

This is not a high-volume therapy mill . Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes.
What You Can Expect
Manageable Patient Schedule

• Average 12 patient visits per day
• Time to focus on individualized treatment plans

Compensation & Bonuses

Base Pay: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Professional Development

• Free CEUs and certification programs through FYZICAL College , including Balance, Pelvic Health, and Orthopedic tracks
• $1,000 annual salary increase for each completed FYZICAL College certification (Balance, Pelvic, or Ortho)
• $1,250 annual CEU reimbursement
PTA Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment
Qualifications

• Active Utah Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
