Forklift Operator / Material HandlerJoin a Team That Keeps Production Moving!Are you an experienced forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?We're looking for dependable, safety-focused team members to help drive warehouse and production operations.If you enjoy staying active, operating equipment, and playing a critical role in keeping materials flowing, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a stable and innovative company.Schedule12-hour rotating shiftsDay and Night Shift opportunities availableOvertime opportunities may be availableWhat You'll DoAs a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you'll be responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy.This role involves operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, using RF scanners, managing material flow, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely load and unload trucks at shipping and receiving docks.Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.Transport materials and inventory throughout the facility to support production needs.Stage raw materials, resins, and components according to production schedules and work orders.Use RF scanners and inventory systems to accurately track material movements and locations.Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and assist with physical inventory activities.Monitor material levels and communicate shortages to warehouse and production leadership.Maintain organized warehouse, staging, and production support areas using 5S principles.Complete required documentation accurately, including inventory records, material verifications, lot changes, and operational checklists.Support production by replenishing materials, managing color/material changeovers, and conducting line clearances.Operate and maintain material handling systems, auxiliary equipment, blenders, dryers, grinders, and packaging-related equipment.Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance activities to support efficient operations.Package, label, stack, and prepare finished goods according to customer and company specifications.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures at all times.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other warehouse or production duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForPrevious forklift operating experience (stand-up forklift experience preferred)Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environmentsAbility to safely work around industrial equipment and moving machineryComfortable using RF scanners and inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to lift, move, and handle materials throughout a 12-hour shiftDependable attendance and a strong safety mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Us?Competitive payStable, long-term opportunityTeam-oriented work environmentTraining and career growth opportunitiesSafety-focused cultureOpportunity to make an immediate impact on daily operationsDon't miss your chance to join a growing team where your skills, safety, and hard work are valued every day!Ready to get started?
