Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Start Date: 10/26/2026

End Date: 01/25/2027

Shift: 24-hour on-call shifts with morning rounds

Hours/Week: 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract

License / Certs: AZ medical license or IMLC LOQ, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics, DEA, BLS, PALS

Experience: Minimum 5 years in PICU

Hourly Pay Rate: $3334.50

What You'll Do

• Provide expert pediatric critical care support in the Pediatric ICU
• Support staff including NPs during the day and evening shifts
• Manage a patient load of 7-15 pediatric cases daily (ages 0-18)
• Conduct assessments, rounds, and patient management in a hospital setting
• Use Cerner EMR for documentation and patient records
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards for critical care
• Support complex pediatric cases including PICU patients

What You Need

• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC LOQ
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics
• Minimum of 5 years PICU experience
• Certified in BLS and PALS
• Strong skills in pediatric critical care and teamwork
