Are you Booster’s Next Program Leader? As a Program Leader, you’re in charge of leading our Booster programs on school campuses. You’ll lead a team with excellence, help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impact students. This is a full‑time position and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands‑on experience. How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission Program Leadership – responsible for all day‑to‑day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience. Event Management – lead high‑energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics. Team Leadership – guide your campus team to create remarkable experiences for schools through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration. Student Engagement – creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students. Client Care – build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care. What You’ll Bring to The Table Excellent Communication – connect professionally with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication. Positive Attitude – display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team. Growth Mindset – demonstrate a continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Good Judgment – possess a strong sense of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented – work hard and get things done in a timely and efficient manner. Enthusiastic – connect enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check. Ability to lift up to 45lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays. Work Environment Includes Exciting and engaging culture: team events, award ceremonies, epic celebration trips, free lunches, dinners, and more. Tech: MacBook and $50 per month cell phone allowance. Music Subscription: $12 per month for Spotify subscription. Insurance Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental, plus potential moving/recruiting bonuses.
