Dental office manager
R. Eric Johansen DDS
Office manager needed for our Jordan Landing location. This is a true office manager position for someone who has an awesome, friendly personality and excellent people/communication skills. Looking for motivated self starter who can multi task. This is a well established private practice with about 25-30 patients a day. Responsibilities Managing the patient schedule for the doctor and hygienist Managing the insurance portion of the practice (filing claims, posting payments and following up with outstanding dental claims) Monthly patient statements Treatment planning/Benefit breakdowns Collections Overseeing and evaluating office procedure to improve office efficiency, patient retention and profitability. Qualifications 2+ years experience in dental office setting and knowledge of Eaglesoft/technology preferred. Additional Information Pay based on experience Hours would be Mon, Wed, Thursday 7-5.
