Support team members throughout the shift. Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards. Delegate responsibilities to support smooth service and strong results. Own open, mid, or close routines for the shift and set up the next shift for success. Recognize team members for their contributions and celebrate shift wins. Communicate clearly with your team and address issues as they arise. Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience (preferred). Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations. Energetic, positive, and consistent, especially during busy shifts. Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks.
