What To Expect
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to support Tesla’s Internship and Early Talent hiring efforts. This role will partner with recruiters and managers across all technical departments, including specialized work in AI Hardware, AI Software, and Optimus Robotics. Client management will exist between recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to coordinate high impact events. There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of our campus brand and how we share our story. You will partner with the leadership to identify how we leverage and obtain resources for a next level program. Locations: Palo Alto, CA; Fremont, CA; Austin, TX What You'll Do Lead the coordination of infrastructure (communications, merchandise management, and event logistics) for recruiting eventsSupport a specialized / departmental scope of off-site recruiting activations, including campus, competition, and conference eventsSupport the recruiting and coordination component with on-site, Tesla-hosted eventsSupport on-site Recruiting Activations as the program manager and liaison between Tesla and the organizationUse a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best talentFocus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity What You'll Bring Minimum of a Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 2 years of Program or Project Management experienceProven relationship and project management experience with internal and external partnersA genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your careerThe ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with qualityA combination of university career services or corporate recruiting experience is preferred Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
