This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

We seek an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in emergency medication knowledge and have the ability to perform a variety of procedures including LHC, PCI, TAVR, PPM, Impella, and IABP.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath lab.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer emergency medications as needed and follow protocol.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.
• Active RN License required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
