Our dentists have the opportunity to perform a broad range of comprehensive general dentistry based on their clinical skills and comfort level, while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning.

Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, up to $50,000 sign-on bonus for select opportunities, average full-time compensation of $290,000$330,000+, no production cap, full patient schedule from day one, and strong long-term earning potential.
