About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the global talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on aligning it with business priorities and the realities of the global labor market. This role demands a leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and a proven track record of building and redesigning recruiting operating models. The VP will be expected to bring a data-savvy, business-focused, and pragmatic approach to the role, and to be a strong influencer with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders. Collaboration, the ability to lead through change, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are also key attributes for the ideal candidate. Applicants for the Vice President, Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the field, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. The role requires a leader who can operate as an executive partner, with a strong point of view, sound judgment, and a low ego. The candidate should be adept at moving between strategy and execution, and have a proven ability to engage and motivate diverse global audiences. Experience in international recruiting and a familiarity with employment practices in multiple countries is essential. The role also involves close partnership with various functions, including HR, Finance, and Legal, on workforce planning and hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a mixed capacity model, supporting a wide range of hiring needs, and be experienced in executive recruiting.
