\n \nMust-Haves
\n- \n
- 4–7 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience \n
- Experience delivering multiple production-grade cloud data platform implementations \n
- Advanced Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark with some exposure to Databricks. \n
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, CDC, streaming, governance, and performance optimization \n
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment strategies \n
- Experience contributing to solution design and architectural decisions \n
- Experience leading technical implementation activities and/or mentoring engineers \n
- At least one Associate-level or higher AWS, Azure, or GCP certification \n
Nice-to-Haves

- Delta Lake / Lakehouse experience \n
- Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery experience \n
- Docker / Kubernetes exposure \n
- Working knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code \n
