Location: Odessa, TX Type:Full Time – In Office position General Information/Job Summary The position is to provide support to the Payroll Department Responsibilities/Competencies Exporting and importing employee time Balancing reported time against imports Processing payroll additions and wage deductions Processing child support payments to multi-states Processing payroll garnishments General payroll duties Help maintain and improve payroll procedures, checklists, and simple internal controls to ensure accuracy, continuity, and compliance Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy and applicable laws Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll policies Support internal and external audits by providing requested payroll documentation Requirements Excellent data entry skills Accounts Payable experience 1 or more years Detail oriented, accuratei> Work as a team in a fast-paced environment Punctuality and attendance is critical Maintain confidentiality of information Maintain expected dress code requirements **The satisfactory completion of a credit check is required for this position. ** Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
