Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed NC PT or compact
• Home health experience
• HCHB experience
• OASIS

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Productivity requirement: 31.5 points per week
• 40 hours per week
• Counties covered: Rockingham, Caswell

This home health assignment supports travel across Rockingham and Caswell counties, offering a mix of small-town communities, rural roads, and Piedmont scenery.
