What You’ll Do

• Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients

• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

• Manage the full sales process from lead contact to enrollment

• Follow up consistently with leads and pipeline opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

• Meet individual performance and sales goals

• Represent Your Colorado Insurance professionally and ethically

What We’re Looking For

• Active Insurance License REQUIRED (P&C or Life & Health)

• Previous sales and/or insurance experience REQUIRED

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone

• Previous phone sales, insurance, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
