Overview Reporting to the Director, Strategic Analytics, the Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for leading complex analytical projects that support enterprise pricing strategy and key business decisions. This role partners closely with Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Enterprise Analytics to evaluate pricing opportunities, develop financial models, measure business performance, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive growth and profitability. The Senior Pricing Analyst will independently lead pricing analyses, build business cases, design and evaluate experiments, and translate complex data into executive-ready insights that influence strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, financial acumen, and strategic thinking with the ability to manage high-impact projects from concept through implementation. This role follows a hybrid schedule and requires regular, in-person work at our Boston, MA or Hampton, NH office. Our hybrid model is M/T/W in office and TH/F are optional work-from-home. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of one of these locations. Fully remote work is not available for this role. Responsibilities Pricing & Business Analytics Independently leads complex analytical projects supporting pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and key enterprise initiatives. Builds pricing models, financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses that support strategic business decisions. Designs, executes, and evaluates pricing experiments, promotional tests, and other analytical initiatives to measure business impact and optimize performance. Develops executive business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and financial recommendations that evaluate strategic opportunities and investment decisions. Presents analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear business insights and actionable next steps. Reporting & Performance Measurement Analyzes pricing performance, member behavior, market trends, and business drivers to identify opportunities that improve revenue, profitability, and member value. Develops and maintains KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that provide meaningful visibility into pricing performance and business outcomes. Monitors performance metrics, identify trends and risks, and proactively recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. Supports strategic planning, forecasting, and enterprise decision-making through timely and accurate analysis. Cross-Functional Partnership Partners with Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Enterprise Analytics to support cross-functional initiatives through data-driven analysis. Collaborates with business leaders to define analytical approaches, prioritize opportunities, and measure results. Supports the continued development of pricing methodologies, reporting standards, and analytics best practices across the organization. Contributes to a culture of analytical excellence, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative field 5+ years of experience in pricing analytics, business analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, strategy, or a related analytical role Experience performing financial modeling, forecasting, pricing analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations Experience developing dashboards, KPI reporting, and business performance reporting. Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics and business intelligence tools Experience working with large datasets and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and quality Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized with an exceptional ability to establish priorities and objectives Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude!
